Bo Nix, a former starting quarterback at auburn, is transferring to Oregon.

The move will bring together the two people who were with him when he was a freshman at auburn, his position coach and offensive coordinator, Kenny Dillingham, who left after one season, and his former position coach, who posted his decision on social media.

The last two seasons were for Florida State's offensive coordinator, before he was hired by Dan Lanning as the new Oregon coach.

The SEC Freshman of the Year in the last year, is a dual-threat quarterback who has spent the last three seasons as the starter.

After throwing 11 touchdown and three interceptions in 10 games, he suffered an ankle injury and missed the rest of the season. He missed the last two games of the season, including the Iron Bowl, after having surgery.

Bo entered the transfer portal last week. He was signed by the former coach of the Tigers, who is now at Central Florida.

The award-winning season of the year was won by Nix, who started and won the season opener. 11 states. He went on to lead the team to a 9-4 record. Alabama plays in the Iron Bowl.

He will be eligible immediately after graduating with two years of eligibility remaining.
