The score wouldn't suggest it, but Sunday was a record-setting day for the Pittsburgh Steelers.

James Harrison set the franchise record for sacks against the same team two decades ago.

Sack records were set vs TEN in 2008 and 2021. @_TJWatt, you're the new season sack record holder.

James Harrison said December 19, 2021.

Watt's sack of Tannehill in the third quarter gave him 17 sacks this season, breaking Harrison's record. Watt has 66.5 career sacks, which is third most by a player in his first five seasons. Reggie White and J.J. Watt have more.

T.J. Watt was back on Sunday after missing a large part of the Vikings game.

Ben Roethlisberger hit a milestone in the game. In the second quarter, Roethlisberger passed Philip Rivers for fifth on the all-time passing yards list with 63,443 yards.

Roethlisberger said earlier in the week that it meant he had played a long time. You look back on things when you're done. He's a good football player and a legend, even though he's in my draft class. We've been playing for a long time.

The news was not good for the team. Pat Freiermuth was lost to a concussion.
