According to a press release on the company's website, GM has started sending Hummer EV Edition 1 pickup trucks out of the factory and into the driveway of customers. The Hummer EV Edition 1 model comes with a hefty $110,295 price tag, along with up to 1,000 horsepower, 11,500 lbs-ft of Torque, and an estimated 329-mile range.

The vehicle has a mode called CrabWalk that allows the truck to drive at low speeds by changing the rear and front wheels at the same angle. GM says that this feature won't come with the first edition of the truck, but it will be available via a free feature.

The Hummer EV Edition 1 has a performance setting that lets you harness the electric system's full power, which GM claims can send the vehicle from zero to 60 in about three seconds. It comes with Super Cruise, which allows automatic lane changing on compatible roads. The Edition 1 was not affected by the chip shortage and Super Cruise was temporarily discontinued on the Cadillac Escalade.

The Hummer EV Edition 1 model has sold out, but there are other trims still available. The Hummer EV 3X will cost almost $100,000 when it becomes available in the fall of next year. It will have an estimated range of over 300 miles and three motor outputs of 830hp and 11,500lb-ft of Torque.

The 625HP Hummer EV 2X will cost $89,995 and will be available in the spring of 2023. It will last 300 miles on a single charge, and produce 7,400 lbs-ft of Torque. The Hummer EV 2 is the cheapest of the bunch and it has two motor and 625hp and 7,400lb-ft of Torque. The car will be released in the spring of 2024 and will have a range of over 250 miles on a full charge. The full rundown of trims can be found on the GM website.

The electric Hummer was revealed last year. The first of its kind was auctioned off for over $2 million in March, with all of the proceeds going to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, a charity that helps wounded veterans.
