‘The Witcher’ Season 2’s Ciri And Triss Have Gotten A ‘Witcher 3’ Makeover

It has been made clear from the beginning that the original books are being adapted for The Witcher on Netflix. The video game influences introduced by mega-nerd Henry Cavill are spreading in the second season of the show.

The look of a few characters in The Witcher season 2 has been changed a lot, and this is in keeping with the characters we know and love from The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.

Ciri looks like a different actress this time around. It feels like she is five years old because of how she has styled, but not much time has passed since the beginning of season 2. The similarities between this new version of Ciri and the one from the games are obvious.

She no longer has bleached eyebrows, which gives her less of an elfen, ethereal appearance, and closer to Ciri from the games. This was the request of actress Freya Allen.

If we are, I will not have any eyebrows left if they are bleached every day of The Witcher. They will not be there anymore. It requires a lot of time walking around in the streets looking like you are on Mars. I had people stop me when I had bleached my eyebrows and they were so curious that I looked like a little alien. It was my decision. I think we are done with the bleached eyebrows. I don't think that was a good idea. The eyebrows were dropped. Just got my eyebrows back!

Triss has a larger role this season and now has redder hair, which is a result of a game-based makeover. I am not sure if that is related to her being burned at the big battle, but it is clear. She wears a lot of her outfits from the games and her hair is a lot closer to Triss.

The triss is a sport.

Vesemir is a new character introduced this season for the first time, but he couldn't be styled closer to the game version.

If you have played the games, the move toward the representations of the characters we have seen in CDPR games seems pretty clear. It seems like the show gave up and decided to let the games affect the look, as it has made everyone look better. The appearance and manner in which Henry Cavill's Geralt has been influenced by the games is something that should apply to everyone.

It has been cool to see this as I work my way through the second season. Anyone else notice?
