American Football: Three NFL games postponed because of Covid-19 outbreaks

The Baltimore Ravens lost to the Cleveland Browns.

The National Football League had to delay three games this weekend.

It is the first time this season that the games have been changed because of a sickness.

The games to be moved are the Cleveland Browns-Las Vegas Raiders, Seattle Seahawks-Los Angeles Rams, and Washington Football Team-Philadelphia Eagles.

The NFL said that they made the schedule changes based on medical advice.

A new, highly transmissible form of the virus is causing a large increase in cases across the league.

The game between the Las Vegas Raiders and the Cleveland Browns was scheduled for Saturday but will now be played on Monday.

The reserve/covid-19 list has about 20 players on it.

"Although we are unable to disclose specifics, we are fortunate that every member of our organization who has recently tested positive was vaccine-vaccinated, the majority of which are currently asymptomatic or experiencing mild symptoms," the Browns said in a statement.

The Seattle Seahawks-Los Angeles Rams and Washington Football Team-Philadelphia Eagles games were scheduled to take place on Sunday but will now take place on Tuesday.
