A woman in Germany who listed a bootleg CD on eBay was sued by Eric Clapton. According to the German news outlet, the woman will have to pay at least $2,000 in court costs for violating the Copyright Act.

If she tries to sell the music again, she will face up to six months in prison and hundreds of thousands of dollars in fines.
