Tom Brady launching new clothing line that has all the personality of Tom Brady

Tom Brady is following in the footsteps of Brain from Pinky and The Brain. For a long time we thought Brady was the best student-of-the-art-of- football robot. He comes off as a man who believes he is the one who will save sports, and that he has the answers for eternal peak body performance. Brady believes that he can avoid injury and the fate of the quarterbacks that came before him, if he follows the world's least fun diet and pliability.

A man who sells health and lifestyle advice to people thinks he can take over any industry he chooses. His most recent? The world of sports fashion.

The Brady brand will launch on January 12. He has a team of college and recently drafted athletes that will be endorsing a clothing line of all-black sweatpants, hoodies, and quarter-zips. Nothing screams youth like an all-black quarter-ZIP zip all the way to the neck.

The Brady brand has one athlete signed on, the Michigan quarterback, Cade McNamara. McNamara is fortunate to be in the NIL era. Brady started a clothing line in the same year that he was the starting quarterback for Michigan in the school's first college football playoff appearance. McNamara has completed 199 total passes in 13 games in his career, which is less than the 200 total passes Brady completed in 12 games in 1998. He will likely return for his senior year with endorsement money in his pocket, even though he has the option to try to go pro whenever Michigan's run ends.

McNamara and other college athletes on the brand are able to get some money in their pocket. The CEO and co-founder of Brady, Jens Grede, who helped KimKardashian build her SKIMS clothing line, said in a Wall Street Journal photo essay that he wants the Brady brand to be one of the most influential sportswear brands in the world.

Brady is trying to take over the world.

Brady already has a clothing brand associated with him. He has worn many items in his store. Brady fans who don't read the work about him, but believe that he is the creator of the apparel line, may not know that sessions with the body coaches are available for purchase. Is there going to be a big Brady unveil at Paris fashion week with Gisele on the runway?

Brady's old sportswear line is competing with his new one, and the old one has a logo, which makes it more attractive to potential buyers. How does Brady think the new line will work? The clothes and shoes of many brands have unique logos. If Brady has a logo on his clothes at some point, it will be his name on the front.

There are many places to buy an all-black quarter-ZIP or wear an all-black sweatsuit. Nothing in these pictures shows that this brand is unique other than Brady's face through the neckline of a shirt that looks younger than it did in 2000.

The photos look like old videos. Brady is wearing two glasses while yelling, "Bad Boy, come out to plaay-aay," or one of his kids is in the background doing the Harlem Shake.

I would never buy anything from Tom Brady. I respect him for playing professional football at 44 years of age, and for showing some personality later in his career. I hurt my knee walking to get breakfast when I was 30 and it's still bothering me three years later. I respect his career, but I am not putting on a hoodie with Brady across the front, or an all-black sweatsuit that is non-distinguishable from any other all-black sweatsuit that I can purchase cheaper elsewhere.

Tom, good luck with your attempt to take over the world. I told you that you will outlive us all by the end and that you will scream out to a barren planet.
