Garlin, who has starred on The Goldbergs since 2013 and is best known for his role as Jeff Greene on Curb Your Enthusiasm, was accused by anonymous staffers of carrying out physical and verbal conduct that made them uncomfortable.
Garlin told Vanity Fair in a December 3 interview that he had been the subject of multiple HR investigations in the last three years, and that some of the recent allegations stem from an incident with a stand-in.
Garlin said he wouldn't say anything to anyone that would be offensive and that the complaints may be related to political correctness.
Garlin left The Goldbergs for a mutual decision.
