According to a post on the company's official Weibo account, the P50 Pocket will be announced later this month. The P50 Pocket has a design that folds out to the size of a phone. It is a similar design to the Z flip devices from SAMSUNG.
The P50 Pocket is a stylish little foldable, thanks to aHarper's Bazaar China photoshoot. The lower ring of the phone has been turned into a small external screen, which appears to be able to show notifications or work as a camera viewfinder. The phone has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security, and is available in silver and gold.

The company has previously released foldable devices such as the Mate X, and the Mate X2. Some have compared these to a hotdog bun. The new P50 Pocket looks to be a hamburger-style design.
The P50 Pocket could see a global release, but it is unclear if or when it will happen. We may be waiting a while. The P50, the latest flagship phone from the Chinese company, is yet to be offered outside of China, and it is still subject to US sanctions that limit its ability to source hardware components, meaning it can't pre- install services on its phones.
