Sky Sports News has been told that the Spurs' match against the Foxes has been postponed due to the Covid-19 outbreak.
Last weekend's Premier League game against Seagulls was the third postponement in a row for Spurs, who were also scheduled to play Rennes in the Europa Conference League.
The postponements came after a number of players and staff at the club tested positive for Covid-19.
Brendan Rodgers said on Wednesday that he was "disappointed" that the fixture had not been postponed because of the outbreak of coronaviruses.
The postponement comes hours after Thomas Frank called on the premier league to suspend this weekend's round of games due to the Covid-19 outbreak.

Brendan Rodgers was disappointed that the game against Spurs was not postponed due to the absence of nine players.
The other games that have been called off this week are Manchester United's trip to Brentford and the Hornets' visit to Burnley.
The two remaining matches in this round of league games are between Wigan and Crystal Palace, and between Liverpool and Newcastle.
In his pre-game press conference, Rodgers said that his side had been a "big doubt" to take the field for the game against Spurs, and that he was without nine first-team players due to illness and Covid.
