Richarlison is one of the players who is currently injured.
After Sunday's 3-1 defeat at Crystal Palace, the club's owner has had positive conversations with the manager.
The Toffees have one win in 10 games and are 14th in the league.
Richarlison and Lucas Digne have joined the long list of injured players at Goodison.
"It's a difficult time and we have to stick together," he said.
The Spaniard said that he talks to Farhad Moshiri almost every day.
"We are not just talking about the present, we are also concerned about that because we want to win, but we are just thinking about the future," he said.

In January, injury-hitEverton need a stronger squad.
Richarlison is out for a number of weeks because of a calf injury, while Digne was set to start against the Blues but pulled out because of an illness.
Against Crystal Palace, captain Seamus Coleman had bone bruise and soft tissue damage.
England international Dominic Calvert-Lewin has been out since August with a thigh problem and is one of three players that are not with the team.
The manager wants to use the January transfer window to strengthen his squad.
"We have to be prepared for the future as well," he said.
The conversations with Moshiri are positive and constructive.
