Apple users will be able to watch thousands of movies and series on Disney Plus.

The SharePlay feature was rolled out to iPhone users with the latest update. Apple users can use SharePlay to sync their video and audio files so they can watch and listen to their favorite shows and movies in real-time.

Disney has a feature called GroupWatch, but SharePlay allows users to do other things on their Apple devices when a video is playing. If you watch a video on your iPad, it will appear as a picture-in-picture tile while you navigate across other apps.

Upcoming titles like The Book of Boba Fett and Encanto are supported by the feature. The Verge has a step-by-step guide for using SharePlay.

SharePlay will not be supported on Disney Plus profiles for kids.

Make sure your Apple devices are updated to the most recent version of the operating system to use Disney Plus content. You will need to have an active Disney Plus subscription to use SharePlay, it isn't a workaround for free streaming.
