Marissa Webb is currently seeking a full-time Sales & Operations Associate to join our team at our NYC design studio. We are looking for someone who is hard working, highly organized, motivated and detail-oriented. Being able to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment and take on challenges with a positive attitude is a must.

Technical Skills:

High level of Excel proficiency is an absolute requirement

Knowledge of logistics preferred

Familiarity with JOOR is a plus but not required

Experience with Photoshop preferred
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
t
Maintain pro-active communication with warehouse, sales reps and all wholesale accounts
t
Partnering with production and showroom to establish delivery dates and ensure a smooth shipment process
t
Oversee shipping process for all wholesale orders, including the management of pick tickets, allocations, and creation of return ASN's
t
Managing EDI's
t
Book & invoice boutiques for direct shipments upon handover using Quickbooks
t
Uploading product data into JOOR at the beginning of every season
