SharePlay is now available on the Mac as part of macOS Monterey 12.1. SharePlay allows you to watch movies, listen to music, and play games on your Mac with your friends. There is a list of supported apps. SharePlay supports sharing your screen with your group. Monica Chin ran into some issues with SharePlay on Mac while it was in the early stages of development, so hopefully it works better now that it is widely available.

There are features found in both the macOS Monterey and the iOS 15.2 versions. The new Apple Music Voice Plan is a more affordable tier of the service that allows you to access music with just your voice. Legacy Contacts will be able to access your data when you die. Parents will be able to enable warnings when their children send or receive nude photos.

The new version of Monterey does not have a big feature. Universal Control was supposed to launch this fall, but Apple delayed it to this spring.
