I don't want to give away too much, so I recommend watching it for yourself. There are so many points in this place that are accurate that I laughed out loud.
I was in the lobby of the hotel when I saw the video, but the employee at the door was watching a video on his phone. I am not at the Business Garden Inn & Suites.
SNL skits with the actors can't keep a straight face make all the more fun, as it makes them more entertaining.

SNL has had many hotel skits, most of which I have enjoyed. The skit about a guy coming back from North Korea who just wanted to go to his room, but the front desk agent kept trying to get him to the hotel bar, was done four years ago.
There was a skit about hotel fees on SNL eight years ago. The basis of the ad was great, but the skit took it too far.

SNL had a skit about an ad for a mediocre business hotel. This is spot on, and made me laugh a lot. Give the video a watch if you have a few minutes.
