The ability to add a user comment to a video has been added to Reels. If a user comments on a reel you have posted, you can add a sticker to it, which will allow you to change the color of the reel.

The feature is very similar to how TikTok lets you do video replies. I can only make stickers out of comments on your reels, and I can not make stickers out of comments on other peoples reels.

When you reply to a comment, you can add it to a new reel by pressing the camera button.

Since its launch in August of 2020, the two platforms feel more and more alike. The maximum time limit for Reels was raised a few times, reaching the one-minute mark in July. The text-to-speech and voice effect features that have been a staple for TikTok have recently been added to the platform by the social network.

It is nice to see that the feature is being adopted by the social network. It is a fun way to interact with your audience, and while it may not be the thing that gets creators to jump over from TikTok, it is at least one fewer thing.
