Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network reported that the Los Angeles Rams placed both Ramsey and Higbee on the reserve list.

The Rams placed right tackle Rob Havenstein, defensive back Dont'e Deayon and running back Darrell Henderson on the COVID-19 list this week.

Ramsey has established himself as one of the best corners in the league since he was selected with the fifth pick in the 2016 draft. He was a first-team All-Pro twice while he was with the Rams and once with the Jags.

He's made 59 total tackles and three intercepts in 12 games for the campaign.

He missed three games due to a back injury and also sought a trade out of Jacksonville. He missed the season finale with a knee injury. Last season was the only other time he missed a game.

With Ramsey and Deayon out, it will put a lot of pressure on the other players.

Higbee is third on the team with 44 catches, but he won't be able to play because of the injury to Robert Woods. Higbee has 395 receiving yards and three touchdown.
With Higbee unavailable, Van Jefferson and Beckham will likely see even bigger roles in the passing attack.
