New Sexual Harassment Lawsuit Alleges Disgusting Behavior at Tesla Factory

A factory worker has filed a sexual harassment suit for the second time in two weeks.

A woman who worked on the assembly line at the factory said she was sexually harassed daily by her supervisor.

The manager used a crude racial term to refer to her, as well as making inappropriate comments about the manager's penis size, when she was at the company.

Cloud claims that the company retaliated against her after she reported her manager, even though she was made to fear for her safety. She claimed that after her report, she was often sent home or asked not to work forarbitrary reasons, resulting in the loss of wages.

There is a game called Double Jeopardy.

Two weeks later, another worker at the factory filed a lawsuit against the company. In an interview with The Washington Post, Barraza said that her male coworkers would call her catcalls, touch her, and at least once physically block her or pick her up.

Even though it had been three years since the harassment began, she told the Post that it still robs her of her sense of security and almost dehumanizes her.

Business Insider, Futurism, and others have reached out to the company, but they have yet to hear anything.

The harassment suits were presaged by another employee who won $137 million in a discrimination lawsuit.

The lawsuits paint a portrait of the company as a frat house, but they are far from the first one.

It is good for Musk and his company to put forth a rosy utopian view, but it seems like it is at odds with the workplace culture at its own facility.

The second female worker of the company has sued over sexual harassment.

The former employee of the company was paid $1 million for calling him a racial slur.
