There is a website called TMZSports.com.

"I don't know how you can stage getting your ass beat," said Evans in a video statement Monday.

Abusers do this. They will make you think that they're the victim and that you're the crazy one.

Evans was upset that the police seemed to be consoling the ex-NFL player during the arrest in the video.

She said that everything about this makes her uncomfortable.

The man told the cops that the attack on his ex was staged because he didn't want to be with her.

The police video of the former running back's conversation with officers was obtained by the gossip website.

In the arrest footage, he can be heard talking to police officers about the events that led up to the altercation.

"It's just a case of bitterness, man, and it's just a matter of pride," he said. That's why she did it. She staged the whole thing. She set me up.

The whole thing was staged. She's trying to get money out of me. She got a response from me.

He said that the mother of his son was upset with him because he didn't want to continue a romantic relationship with her.

It was.

The former Rams and Jets player told officers that the woman used his mental state as a reason to get angry with him.

She knew I was going through depression and anxiety. She knew I was trying to close the gap between me and my son, but she was upset that I wasn't taking care of him like she expected. She took it far.

"This is just a case of just girl is bitter that I don't want to be with her and she's just trying to destroy my whole reputation because of this s*."

He told the officers he knew what he was doing.

"I don't know how a man could handle that situation," he said.

The 30-year-old was taken to a local police station and was booked on felony charges.

The person is out on bond.
