Alize Johnson tests positive for coronavirus, becomes 10th Chicago Bulls player in protocol

Sources told Adrian Wojnarowski that Alize Johnson tested positive for Covid-19 on Monday morning, making him the 10th Bulls player to land in the NBA's health and safety protocols as an ongoing team outbreak continues to rip through Chicago's roster.

The Bulls have a long list of players in the league's health and safety protocols.

Once players enter the league's protocols, they must be on a 10-day quachicle until they return two negative tests within 24 hours.

Since their outbreak started at the beginning of the month, the Bulls have added at least one new player to health and safety protocols. The team did not practice on Monday.

The Chicago Bulls have eight players available for Tuesday's game against the Detroit Pistons, including two two-way players and one player on a 10-day contract. Green and White, who worked out at the team's facility Sunday for the first time since testing positive, will be able to return Tuesday after completing their isolation period.

The NBA requires at least eight players for each team before a game is postponed.
