Cris Collinsworth sees the very, very best in Aaron Rodgers

Everyone who watched the Packers and Bears play on Sunday night probably has a favorite piece of the mouth-diarrhea that was thrown at Packers quarterback Rodgers. Maybe yours was the honest part. The downplaying of the pox on our society is what happened. I could go through them all, but I am trying to stay seizure-free this week. See how it goes for me. Collinsworth is acting as the bench seat for Rodgers while he is talking so much.

TheRodgers loves to have fun with the media. It jumped out at me and I don't know why. It was obvious and it was a symptom of many problems.

Would you like to know why Rodgers has fun with the media? No one ever asks him uncomfortable questions. Rodgers backed himself into this mess when no one asked him what "immunized" meant. It wouldn't have been that hard. No one did. We discovered the depth of Rodgers's horseshit because Pat McAfee, not a journalist or even a mobile airhorn, just let Rodgers talk. Didn't ask a lot. Let Rodgers tie his own rope.

No matter what Rodgers says, someone will laugh at his jokes or credit him for having an opinion. They will soak it in. All Rodgers sees is smiling faces. No one follows up. His whole exploration of how much he could hold the Packers hostage to celebrate himself was the result of no one asking what his problem was. I don't know if he wanted to be GM and the Packers decided to have an insurance plan in case he got old overnight.

I know NBC pays a lot for the Sunday night package. Thanks to that outlay, we are never going to hear anything critical of things that matter. Apparently we are all morons and Matt Nagy is a good coach, as you barely hear anything critical. They were selling that last night. No one has ever fucked up in the NFL.
