The Dallas Cowboys have one of the top defensive players in the league in their linebacker, who is just 13 games into his career.

According to Albert Breer of Sports SIgnr, "I don't think the NFL is hard."

The rookies has 12 sacks and at least one in six straight games. His impact plays make him a contender for Defensive Player of the Year, as well as a favorite for Defensive Freshman of the Year.

He explained to Breer that going against his teammates helped him make a quick transition to the NFL.

I think they have some great players here. I think it is a bunch of players that work hard, and I think it rubs off on the other players when you play La'el Collins in practice. I challenge La'el every time I go against him. How can I make this better? It makes those guys on other teams not look as good because I am going against them.

The Dallas defense has forced eight turnovers in the past two games and that has made them as dangerous as any in the league.
