This offer could be even better than the Happy Cards Amex Offer because it only gives a 15% statement credit.
There are a few added benefits to this Office Depot/OfficeMax deal. You can pay with a card that earns more at office supply stores, and you can link that card in the Dosh app to earn 2% more. Giving Good and Choice gift cards are also eligible. The Giving Good brands work the same way as Happy gift cards, but with added benefit, 3% of the card's value is donated to the charity associated with that card. The retailers and restaurants on Giving Good gift cards differ depending on which brand you pick. The proceeds from your purchase of choice cards are not used to charity.
A quick word of caution. There have been reports with recent Happy offers like this that the 25% rewards haven't always been posting automatically, so it might involve following up with Office Depot/OfficeMax to get what you should've earned.
