According to reports by Business Insider, a second employee at the company has filed a sexual harassment lawsuit. The lawsuit was filed in California's Alameda County Superior Court, claiming that she experienced continuous and pervasive sexual harassment while working at the factory where she worked.

According to the lawsuit, she was subject to sexual comments at the workplace. She claims that her managers were aware of the harassment and partook in it.
In October, the company was ordered to pay $137 million for another incident. Owen said he experienced discrimination and racial harassment while working at the company. The class-action lawsuit was proposed by employees of the factory.
