Tesla hit with another lawsuit alleging sexual harassment, and retaliation by management

According to reports by Business Insider, a second employee at the company has filed a sexual harassment lawsuit. The lawsuit was filed in California's Alameda County Superior Court, claiming that she experienced continuous and pervasive sexual harassment while working at the factory where she worked.

Cloud is being retaliated against by her managers.

Cloud claims in her lawsuit that her manager hugged and massaged her, and that she was also subject to her manager's sexual remarks. It says that the company didn't do enough to address sexual harassment in the workplace. Cloud's managers retaliated against her after she brought the issue to their attention.

Just a few days ago, Jessica Barraza, a production associate at the company, filed a lawsuit accusing the company of "rampant sexual harassment" at its factory. According to the lawsuit, she was subject to sexual comments at the workplace. She claims that her managers were aware of the harassment and partook in it.

In October, the company was ordered to pay $137 million for another incident. Owen said he experienced discrimination and racial harassment while working at the company. The class-action lawsuit was proposed by employees of the factory.
