According to a source, Joe Brady has already heard from multiple teams.

Sources say that Brady will stay in the league next season, as he prefers to continue coaching.

Brady helped launch his career as the passing game coach at LSU during the national championship season, and could return to coaching in college.

It is not impossible, but it is unlikely that Brady will return to the college ranks in 2022, according to one source.

Brady was a candidate for head coaching jobs with the Jets, Eagles, and Falcons before Arthur Smith was hired by Atlanta.

The decision to fire Brady was made in the best interest of the team, according to Matt Rhule. Brady will be replaced by Jeff Nixon, who is an offensive assistant.

The average scoring offense and total offense of the Carolinas is ranked 24th and 29th, respectively. Brady's first year with the team saw them ranked 21st and 24th in those categories.
