The South Bay Lakers player knows a thing or two about cashing in. He's the NBA G-League's all-time leader in 3-pointers, has a 45% shooting mark from behind the 3-point line, and shot 2-of-3 from downtown in his game against the Salt Lake City Stars on Wednesday.

The guard who secured the bag on the game show "Wheel of Fortune" appeared as a guest on the show's Secret Santa episode.

He missed out on a potential $39,000 by failing to solve the game's final puzzle. He isn't keeping the money that he earned. A lucky fan will receive the lump sum. After the show, he said that he was more nervous playing basketball than a professional game.

Tonight's Secret Santa episode was a slam dunk for André and he won over $31,000.

After a 10-year stint in the G-League, the man is best known for his short time in the NBA. He played in the final two games of the regular-season for Los Angeles after signing a 10-day contract. He averaged 12 points, 3.5 assists, 3.0 rebound per contest and shot 45% from the field.

He was supposed to play Friday. The Lakers are looking to extend their win streak to six. He won't be home to watch the episode when it airs, but there's always time to catch the replay.
