The showrunner said that the decision to kill off Mr. Big was made long before the heart attack happened.

King said that the show used a bike that is the "bike of the moment" and a "beautiful, beautiful item" that reflects modern society.

The company was unaware that the show would use its product in that way, but it was aware that the bike would appear in the episode.

The cardiologist on the advisory council speculated that Mr. Big's heart attack may have been delayed by the help of the Peloton.

King told Vanity Fair that it could have been any bike. It could have happened while walking down the street. It could have been on a banana peel. It could have happened in his sleep. We wanted to reflect the world as we know it, and people are exercising on that beautiful item. It is gorgeous. It was in the bathroom.

The stock of Peloton fell 5% Friday to close at $38.51, after Credit Suisse analyst Kaumil Gajrawala told CNBC that the investment bank had lowered the stock from an Outperform to a neutral. The And Just Like That... controversy was sparked by the Peloton ad in which a woman was given one of the company's bikes as a holiday gift by her husband.

The finale of Sex and the City aired in 2004. The original show ran for 94 episodes. The New York Times was not a fan of the revival.
