The OxygenOS 12 was pulled from the OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro after reports of bugs and issues from users.

The OxygenOS 12 update caused some issues, and the software team is fixing them, according to the statement. We will roll out a new iteration of the software update as soon as possible.

The release was panned. The need to adjust settings to get the 120Hz display to work again and some menus to crash are some of the issues highlighted by the police. The publication said that OxygenOS 12 is very hard to suggest that you update and install on your phone because of the bugs and issues. It isn't something you should need to do after a software update if you factory reset your OnePlus 9 or 9 Pro.

I factory reset my phone after I updated to the latest version of the software. It is so much better. This is more usable.

It is not the only one that has had a rough roll out of an OS. The OneUI 4 is a new version of the OneUI that was released this week for the Z fold 3 and the Z flip 3. Users have reported issues with their phones due to a bug in the operating system.

It is not known when the revised OxygenOS 12 update will hit.
