Martial has appeared in 10 games this season, scoring one goal.

Anthony Martial wants to leave Manchester United, his agent has said.

He has started just two games this season and scored once.

Martial picked up a minor knock in training last week, but he has not appeared in either of the games so far.

Anthony wants to leave the club in January, according to his agent.

He needs to play. He doesn't want to stay in January and I will speak to the club soon.

Before Saturday's trip to Norwich, Rangnick was asked about his transfer plans for the January window.

He said that they have to make sure players want to stay. It might make sense to speak individually if players aren't getting enough game time. Loan might make sense for some.

He had a 15-minute phone conversation with Paul Pogba.

A thigh injury sustained during training with France has kept him out of action, but he is expected to return this weekend.

The two will meet on Sunday to talk about the contract situation.

He thinks it could be another month before the player is available.

"He is getting better but it will be another couple of weeks before he can train again and another couple of weeks after that to get him match fit," said Rangnick.
