QPR's Chris Willock and Mark Warburton win Sky Bet Championship November awards

Chris Willock was named the Sky Bet Championship Player of the month for November.
November is a great month. Rangers scored six goals in Willock's four games, three of which were from his teasing crosses, and he scored three of them - a delightful curler at Blackpool, a clever lofted finish against Luton and a sweetly controlled volley at Derby.

Chris was named Player of the Month.

This award is justified because of his continued development.

There is more to come from Chris in the weeks and months ahead, and he is improving on his goals and his assists.

Willock said it was a great feeling to win Player of the month. We're all working hard to achieve something. We want to keep going and respond to any setbacks that we face.

The Championship is a hard league, but we know we have quality in the team. There is more to come from us.

"Willock only played in four games during the month of November, but that's all he needed to make a massive impact on the Sky Bet Championship," said Don Goodman.

The young man was involved in everything that was good, bagging three times for the Hoops and adding just as many assists to his tally.

The Sky Bet Championship Manager of the month for November was Mark Warburton of Queens Park Rangers.

Consistency in performances and results will move any side up in the Championship. The Rangers collected 13 points from a possible 15 and scored in every game.

November was a great month for us. All credit to the players and staff who have worked so hard over the course of the season, but this is not an individual award, it is a team award.

It's a team award and we have to keep pushing forward.

Sky Sports pundit Don Goodman said that the Hoops have added consistency to ability and that has allowed them to mix it at the top of the Championship table.

The questions should probably stop now that the Mark Warburton team have become genuine promotion candidates. He's a very worthy manager of the month with 13 more points in the bag.

Sky Bet League One.

Scott Twine is a player for the Dons.

Twine was named the Sky Bet League One Player of the month for November.

His reputation for spectacular strikes from distance is well established now that he has three goals. Vision and clever passing were some of the things he did in November.

Liam Manning said that Scott deserved the award.

He has a terrific attitude and it transfers into his performances on a matchday. When he's enjoying himself and playing with freedom, you get what we saw in November.

He can run in behind, receive in between lines and play centrally, and he has a great variation to his game. The quality of his balls is very good.

The challenge now is to keep the numbers up. We'll keep pushing him, but it's in his character to keep trying for more.

Twine said that he was proud to win Player of the month. I was nominated earlier in the year but didn't win so I'm happy to receive the award this time around.

I didn't think about it until I was nominated, but the month was great.

The way that we play and the options we have on the pitch are big reasons why I have been able to do as well as I have done.

I want to help the team pick up points and maintain our strong start to the season by getting as many goals and assists as possible.

Sky Sports pundit Don Goodman said that Scott Twine's reputation precedes him, but his performances continue to catch the eye.

"The Dons' central midfield player took November by the scruff of the neck, contributing seven goal involvements to his team from his position at the tip of the midfield...outstanding!"

Danny Cowley is the manager.

Danny Cowley was named the Sky Bet League One Manager of the month for November.

Cowley was able to demonstrate the virtue of patience when his team was sliding down the League One table. His reward for staying true to his players was 13 points from five games.

Cowley said that he was collecting the award on behalf of the players and the backroom team at Pompey.

Everyone worked hard to put together a good run of form in November. I'm proud of them all.

Danny Cowley has been rewarded for his November efforts by Sky Sports pundit Don Goodman, who said that "steadying the ship at some point during a season will always be what's needed if you want to push for the end-of-season honours."

"Not so long ago, things were starting to look a little bleak on the south coast but an perfect month of fixtures was the perfect remedy for the Fratton Park outfit."

Sky Bet League Two.

Dom is from Newport.

The Sky Bet League Two Player of the Month for November was Dom Telford.

One goal in each of his four games and all but one of Newport's five goals in the month is what the October winner will get. He is making scoring look simple, for example, with a curling shot on the run.

Sky Sports pundit Don Goodman said that there's nothing quite like a goalscorer in top form. He's been League Two's version of the Magician over the past few weeks.

The Newport man picked up a second-straight Player of the month award after adding four more strikes in November.

Rob is the manager of Forest Green.

The Sky Bet League Two Manager of the month for November was Rob Edwards of Forest Green Rovers.

They won all three games by a two-goal margin to maintain their hold on League Two. He has instilled a calm assurance and belief, as well as an expansive attacking style using the full width of the pitch.

It's a mark of how well everyone has done, from the staff to the players. Everyone is involved in this effort.

We draw together as one group. We haven't achieved anything after nineteen games, so we need to keep working hard. It's great recognition for the football club and we're thankful to everyone.

Forest Green didn't play much football in November, but they dealt with the few assignments they had with professionalism and style.

It's little wonder that Rovers brushed aside their three opponents so easily because of the fantastic play ofRobEdwards' side.
