Mike Flanagan's Edgar Allan Poe Netflix Show Adds Mark Hamill and More

The master of horror is teaming up with a few of his regulars. Mike Flanagan is an executive producer-writer-director who has worked on several horror films, including The Haunting of Hill House, Bly Manor, and Midnight Mass. Frank Langella, Carl Lumbly, and Mark Hamill are the first members of the cast.

The series is a modern remake of some of the most famous works of the author. The largest ensemble cast in the history of Intrepid Pictures has been assembled to tell this epic tale of greed, horror, and tragedy.

Langella, a Tony-winning legend who played Skeletor in the Masters of the Universe movie, is the matriarch of the Usher dynasty. Gugino is playing a role that is front and center, so it is possible that the narrator is her. Mary McDonnell is best known for her roles in Independence Day and Battlestar Galactica. C. Auguste Dupin is one of the famous investigator characters from the works of C. Auguste Dupin, and Carl Lumbly is best known for his work on The Falcon and the Winter Soldier. Star Wars is playing a character that is surprisingly at home in the shadows.

The next wave of names will be revealed tomorrow at 10am. There are some familiar faces, some new ones, and incredible performers coming together to bring the world of Poe to life. Can't wait to tell you more. As for more ways, he recently said that it would be different from other popular shows on the internet, such as the upcoming Midnight Club. And with this cast? We cannot wait.

The Fall of the House of Usher will probably be released in the fall or winter of 2022.
