CD Projekt Red is in negotiations to settle a class-action lawsuit over the bungled launch of Cyberpunk 2077.

All class certification requirements, the proposed allocation plan for the settlement fund, and how the settlement will be administered are some of the questions that still need to be answered. It is not certain who will be eligible for a settlement or how much they will receive.

The settlement must be approved by the people in the case by January 13th, 2022. There were four lawsuits against the company.

Cyberpunk 2077 ran poorly on older consoles when it was released a year ago. The game was pulled from the store within a week. After spending a year trying to fix things up with hotfixes and updates, the game returned to the PS Store after more than six months. The studio pushed the update for Cyberpunk 2077.
