At least eight of their players had tested positive for Covid-19, so the game against Rennes is off.
The fixture will not take place on Thursday because the club has fewer than 13 players or a registered goalkeeper.
"We will provide a further update on this fixture in due course," Spurs said in a statement.
The first-team area of the training ground has been closed in the interests of the health and safety of players and staff.
The other areas of the training centre are still functioning.
