Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network said that the Chicago Bears will have a new quarterback on Sunday against the Green Bay Packers.

During the Week 11 loss to the Baltimore Ravens, the rookies suffered an injury and missed the last two games. Rapoport reported that there were a few cracked ribs.

The veteran will return to the bench after making six appearances so far in the year 2021, but he has started the past two games.

In 10 games, the No. 11 draft pick has 1,361 passing yards with four touchdown and eight turnovers. He added 311 rushing yards and two scores, but only 103 of them came against the 49ers.

He was able to rush in his last four starts before the injury.
