The New York Rangers' Jacob Trouba leveled Chicago's Jujhar Khaira on Tuesday night.

The ambulance took Khaira to the hospital for further testing after he suffered an "upper-body blow''.

Trouba appeared to hit Khaira in the chin with his shoulder as he gathered in the puck in the second period. There was no movement on the ice as the Rangers and the Hawks fought nearby.

Medical personnel worked on Khaira as each team looked on from the bench area. A few of his teammates and the Rangers helped him off the stretcher.

Riley Stillman fought Trouba about two minutes later.

In 17 games with the Hawks, Khaira has two goals and no assists.
