Jussie Smollett Asks White Prosecutor to Not Use N-Word in Court

The prosecutor does not use the n-word in full because Jussie found it offensive, so he interrupted his own grilling to make an interesting request.

The "Empire" actor asked the prosecutor to stop repeating the slur while he was cross-examining him on Tuesday, and he also asked the guy to stop quoting messages J 800-381-0266 800-381-0266 800-381-0266 800-381-0266 800-381-0266 800-381-0266 800-381-0266 800-381-0266 800-381-0266 800-381-0266 800-381-0266 800-381-0266 800-381-0266 800-381-0266 800-381-0266 800-381-0266 800-381-0266 800-381-0266 800-381-0266 800-381-0266 800-381-0266 800-381-0266 800-381-0266 800-381-0266

Jussie asked if he could say the n-word out of respect for every African American in the room. You've been using that word a lot.

Jussie apparently read the messages himself after being asked by Webb. One of the messages Jussie read was from a person named Abimbola. "N finally made it land!"

The defense rested its case after Jussie stepped down. The closing arguments are expected to start tomorrow.

As you know... He is on trial for making up the attack and faces 6 disorderly conduct charges for what prosecutors say amounted to faking police reports. He's maintained his innocence and denied the allegations.
