Travis Scott Wants Astroworld Suit Dismissed, Files First Response of Many



Scott doesn't believe he should be tied to litigation when it comes to the tragedy that happened at Astroworld, which is why he's asking a judge to nix one of the lawsuits against him.

The rapper denied the claims against him by a guy named Jessie, who was at the festival, in legal documents obtained by the website. He wants the suit to be dismissed with prejudice, as it pertains to his company, his foundation, and his name.

A "general denial" is a legal term used in civil suits to allow one to submit a single response to all allegations against them.
