Marvin Morgan: Former striker turned entrepreneur and campaigner dies aged 38

Marvin Morgan was a player for Aldershot Town.

Marvin Morgan died at the age of 38.

Morgan spent time in the Football League at both Aldershot and Shrewsbury.

He had loan spells in the Football League with Dagenham & Redbridge and Hartlepool, as well as a two-year spell with Argyle.

Morgan began his playing career with Wealdstone and Yeading before moving on to play for a number of clubs, including Potters Bar Town and Wingate & Finchley.

Morgan founded Fresh Ego Kid, a clothing brand endorsed by many celebrities.

He set up his own football team to raise awareness of racism in football.

The first person to pay tribute to Morgan in an IG story was Callum Hudson-Odoi, who wrote: "Hearing this news this morning is a tragedy!!" You will be truly missed brother.

The news of Morgan's passing was mourned by Romelu and Young on social media.
