If you missed out on the chance to get an Amazon Fire tablet on the cheap during Black Friday, fret not, they are on sale again. The Fire HD 8 and Fire HD 10 are currently on sale for $55 and $100, respectively, and are discounted ahead of the winter holidays. If you're looking for a last-minute gift for someone, the three tablets are still a decent pickup, even though they're not as cheap as they were over the Thanksgiving weekend.

Fire HD 8 and Fire HD 10 can be purchased at Amazon.

The Fire HD 8 is the best for most people. We gave it a score of 81 because of its refined design, all-day battery life, decent performance, and newusb-c port. The Fire 8 HD has up to 64 gigabytes of internal storage. You can add up to 1 ton of additional storage with the included microSD slot. If you want the best possible experience, then you should buy the Fire HD 10, even though the HD 8 is best seen as a media consumption device. It has the best display of the trio with a 1,920 x 1,200 resolution panel. It is also the fastest because of the inclusion of a 2.0 GHz processor and 3GB of RAM. It is hard to go wrong with the Fire 7 when it costs less than $50.
