A potential touchdown turned into a big turnover for the Cincinnati Bengals.
In the first quarter of the game against the Los Angeles Clippers, a deep ball was thrown to Ja'Marr Chase, who was behind Michael Davis.
It went south to Cincinnati. Davis was able to make up the distance between them and also give him a chance at an intercept because of Chase's gaffe.
Davis was the one holding the ball when the two players went to the ground. He gave the Bolts their second turnover in as many defensive drives and compounded Cincinnati's troubles in a game with playoff implications.

It was the sixth drop of the season for Chase, and the second one that resulted in an interception.
Things got worse for the team. Los Angeles took advantage of the turnover to score a touchdown and take a 16-0 lead.
