According to the document, the parties to the litigation are requesting that one judge hear the cases and avoid conflicting legal rulings and scheduling.
The suits claim that the festival organizers caused a crowd surge that led to injuries and deaths.

Judge Lauren Reeder of the 234th District Court of Harris County is proposed to preside over the case.

The deceased ranged in age from 9 to 27. The mass casualty incident caused an investigation by the Houston Police Department and led to multiple lawsuits, including a $2 billion lawsuit on behalf of nearly 300 people. Scott and Houston officials are at odds over who was responsible for stopping the concert, with each party saying they didn't have the authority to do so.

There is a structure called the Tangent.

Scott offered to pay for funeral expenses for at least five of the deceased, according to Rolling Stone. Some of the families are waiting for the outcome of their lawsuits. When something like this happens, there isn't much Scott can do to help the family.

The Astroworld lawsuit was filed by Drake and Travis Scott.

A lawsuit is seeking $750 million from Drake and Live Nation.
