One of the criticisms of the game is that you can't choose a dedicated Slayer playlist. It will be changing soon, but not until next year.

John Junyszek, the community manager for 343 Industries, said on Friday that a Social Slayer playlist is in the works, but it won't be ready until after the holidays. 343 is aiming to add Fiesta, Tactical Slayer, and Free-For-All before the end of the year, according to Junyszek.

Let's talk about it!

We're working on plans to add Fiesta, Tactical Slayer, and Free-For-All as we speak, after reading your feedback. The team is pushing to get them in before the end of the year.

We will not be able to make a Social Slayer playlist until after the holidays, because we see this request the most. We hope you enjoy the ones that make it in before the team takes a break.

You can't choose a playlist for a single game mode right now. Slayer, Capture The Flag, and Oddball are some of the modes that are currently available. It can be annoying if you only want to play one type of game, and the upcoming dedicated playlists could help alleviate some of the frustration.

343 Industries has made some changes in response to feedback. 343 has tried to change the way battle pass progression is done by adding new challenges days after launch and increasing the amount of reward given for the first six matches played in a day.

The single-player campaign for Infinite will launch on December 8th, and fans of the game can look forward to it. You will only be able to start the campaign solo, as co-op won't be added until May 2022.
