The city of Memphis is naming a street after Young Dolph.
The City of Memphis is going to change a street name to something in his honor, and it will be unveiled in December.
We're told that the effort is being led by a city councilman, but he wanted to wait until the family approved the gesture.
The family of Young Dolph says that the street name will serve as a reminder to the Castalia Heights community of someone who embodies hard work and perseverance.
The family sums it up. He sent a message that someone who went to the same schools and walked the same streets was able to create a successful legacy for himself, and also prioritized family and community.
It was.
As we reported. Young Dolph was killed in a cookie shop.
Paper Route Records rallied to get the charity back on track after the death of Dolph.
