A woman out of Houston claims that she got pregnant after a brief fling with the NBA star and now wants him to pay child support.
The Daily Mail has obtained new documents that show that Maralee is due to give birth to a baby boy on December 3. Thompson was in town to celebrate his 30th birthday when the baby was conceived.
Thompson admitted to having sex with Nichols several times at the hotel, and she had promised him a "birthday surprise" which he knew meant birthday sex.
It is on the social media site,Instagram.
If it's true, it's possible that he and the expecting mom hooked up at the same time he was with the reality TV star.
How long the fling lasted is up for debate. The two had been together for around 5 months prior to the March hook-up.
In May, the relationship between Tristan and Khloer broke up after a woman made allegations that they had hooked up. Since the split, both of them have publicly supported each other and are often seen co-parenting their daughter.
The baby boy would be the third child for the man.
Child support and medical expenses are being asked for by Nichols.
