The UK's Prince William on Time to Walk and Apple Music 1 will be included in Apple Fitness+.
The second season of Time to Walk will conclude with a holiday episode. Prince William talks about the importance of keeping mentally fit, going outside of your comfort zone, and the value of listening.
Time to Walk is a collection of Apple Fitness+ audio experiences on the Apple Watch that feature influential people as they share personal stories and memories, photos, and music to explore thoughts on purpose and gratitude. Each episode is recorded when the guest walks outside in a location that is meaningful to them.
Dolly Parton, Anthony Joshua, Randall Park, Jane Fonda, Kurt Fearnley, Naomi Campbell, Draymond Green, and more have all appeared on the show.
Apple said it is making donations to three charities around the world that focus on mental health: Crisis Text Line in the U.S., Shout 85258 in the UK, and Lifeline in Australia. These charities provide confidential crisis support.
The holiday special episode of Prince William's Time to Walk show will be available on demand in the Fitness app on the Apple Watch, and will also be streamed three times on Apple Music 1.
On Monday, December 6, at 8 a.m. local time in London and Los Angeles, and on Tuesday, December 7, at 8 a.m. local time in Australia, Apple says that you should walk 38 minutes.
