The teenager charged with terrorism and first-degree murder in the deaths of four students at Oxford High School in Michigan was arrested Wednesday.

According to the Oakland County Prosecutor, Crumbley was charged with terrorism causing death, four counts of first-degree murder, seven counts of assault with intent to murder, and 12 counts of possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony.
McDonald said there were facts leading up to the shooting that suggested it was not an impulsive act.
The fourth victim, 17-year-old Justin Shilling, succumbed to his injuries hours after the announcement.
The prosecutor's office said they will make a decision quickly if additional charges are added to Crumbley and his parents are also charged.
McDonald said that Crumbley is expected to be charged later today.

Three students are dead and six others, including one teacher, are injured after police responded to a report of an active shooter at Oxford High, 35 miles north of Detroit. The police identified the dead as 14-year-old Hana St. Julian, 16-year-old Tate Myre and 17-year-old Madisyn Baldwin. Within minutes of arriving on the scene, officers took Crumbley into custody and recovered a gun. The suspect's father bought the gun four days before the shooting. The Crumbley family refused to allow investigators to question their child after the search warrant was served. The sheriff said that he was not talking and neither were the parents.

He said investigators have not determined a possible motive for the shooting. The shooter's targets appeared to be random, according to the investigators.
