Ghislaine Maxwell trial: Jeffrey Epstein took sex crime accuser to meet Trump when she was 14, she testifies

Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein pose together at the Mar-a-Lago estate in Palm Beach, Florida, in 1997.

A woman who says she was sexually abused by a late sex criminal and financier testified Wednesday that she met Donald Trump at his Florida club when she was 14 years old.

The woman who met Trump at his Mar-a-Lago resort did not accuse him of improper conduct.

The woman did not mention what happened at that meeting when she was cross-examined by Laura Menninger.

A spokeswoman for Trump didn't respond to the request for comment.

The woman who testified with the pseudonym "Jane" was one of the girls who were sexually abused by the money manager who socialized with Trump, Bill Clinton, Britain's Prince Andrew and Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates.

Jane is the first accuser to testify at the trial.

Menninger asked her about her account of meeting Trump in an interview she gave federal investigators.

Mr. Epstein introduced you to Donald Trump. Menninger asked.

Jane said yes.

Jane said that she was taken to Mar-a-Lago in a dark green car.

In a courtroom sketch in New York City, Ghislaine Maxwell talks with her attorneys during her trial on charges of sex trafficking.

In August of last year, the man who was awaiting his own trial on federal child sex trafficking charges died in a Manhattan jail from hanging.

The arrest occurred a month before his death.

At the time, Trump said that he had not spoken to him in 15 years.

Trump said he was not a fan of him.

They used to be nice.

In 2002, Trump said he had known Jeff for 15 years. Excellent guy.

Trump said that he was a lot of fun to be with. It is said that he likes beautiful women as much as I do, and many of them are younger than me.

The New York Times reported in 1992 that a Florida businessman organized a calendar girl competition at Mar-a-Lago at Trump's request.

George Houraney told the Times that he arranged for some contestants to fly in.

I asked who was coming at the first party. There are 28 girls coming. It was Trump and Epstein.

I told Donald that this was supposed to be a party with V.I.P.s. Houraney asked if he was telling him it was him and Epstein.
