On Tuesday, a new video surfaced of Lauren Boebert describing Rep. Ilhan Omar as a black-hearted evil who is part of the Jihad squad.
Lauren Boebert is a Republican from Colorado.
The images are from the same company.
In the new video, first reported by CNN, Boebert says, "I said, well, look at there, it's the Jihad squad" when she and her staffer got into the same elevator with the Muslim lawmaker.
Boebert says, "She doesn't have a backpack, she wasn't dropping it or running, so we're good."
Her comments were made at a Conservative Party dinner.
A member of the crowd is heard saying "ugh, press the emergency button" when Boebert suggested that Omar was a terrorist.
Boebert says that they do not represent him or his children.

Boebert said Monday that she had called to apologize for her previous comments. Boebert told the Capitol Police officer that she didn't have a backpack and that she should be fine. Boebert refused to issue a public apology for her comments and the call went downhill. A group of progressives, including Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Rep. Ayanna Pressley, have joined together. The group was often targeted by former President Donald Trump. Boebert supports Trump's false claims of election fraud.
What to watch for.
Boebert will be held accountable for his comments. She was accused of making a joke about the person when she made the joke to the Capitol Police officer. Boebert's story about the encounter was "made up," according to the man. I believe in engaging with those we disagree with respectfully, but not when that disagreement is rife with bigotry and hate.
The GOP's Boebert was in a dispute over anti-Muslim comments.
