Star Wars: Ahsoka Adds a Possible Thrawn Counterpart

Jon and Dave Filoni, producers of Star Wars, are hard at work on their next show, Ahsoka, and have added a relatively unknown actress to the cast in a mystery part. Ivanna Sakhno, who appeared in Pacific Rim Uprising and the High Fidelity TV show, has joined the show. We have a wild guess as to who she could be playing.

She could be playing Ar'alani, a Chiss military strategist who rose up in the ranks alongside a better-known Chiss by the name of Thrawn. Why make a giant leap? Ahsoka was able to locate Thrawn when she appeared in The Mandalorian season two. We know that around this time, she and Sabine went on a mission to find their friend, possibly placing Aladdin's Mena Mass in the picture. If we know that Ahsoka is after Thrawn, and that he is going to see Sabine, it seems like there would be other Chiss around.

She is playing someone completely different.

The filming of the cast is likely to begin early next year. The Ahsoka show is likely to come out in the first half of the next decade. The Book of Boba Fett, Andor, Obi-Wan Kenobi, and season three of The Mandalorian will all have finished production by the time Ahsoka lights up her lightsabers again. Next month, Boba Fett will be out, and there are rumors that Kenobi, Andor, and then Mandalorian will follow in the fall and winter. Fett is official at the moment.

Would you like to see Sakhno as Ar'alani? Is there someone else she could be playing with? Let us know what you think. Don't say Aurra Sing. We know she died long before that thanks to Solo.
