Clark is the second associate of Donald Trump to face contempt proceedings for their part in the Capitol storming.
The House voted in October to hold Steve Bannon in contempt over his refusal to comply with the select committee's subpoena. A federal grand jury indicted a man. He has denied the charges.
The committee will meet on Wednesday at 7 p.m., according to the press release. There is a vote on a contempt report for Clark on Capitol Hill.
The report will recommend that the House cite Clark for criminal contempt of Congress and refer him to the office of the U.S. attorney for Washington for prosecution.
